The Midlands Net Zero Hub (MNZH) is inviting local authorities across the Midlands to express their interest in participating in a new Community Energy Capacity Building Study.

We will commission a consultant to deliver up to 5 studies across our region. The aim of this work is to assist local authorities to engage with community energy groups, help the groups themselves to grow in confidence and ability whilst building a project pipeline.

We will be going out to tender for this opportunity once we have had feedback through the expression of interest process. We would encourage interested local authorities to complete and return the form before midnight (11:59 PM) on the 22nd July 2025.
